This day trip tour is for group of people who like going under the ground. Slovenia has two famous caves. First one is Postojna cave, and second one is Škocijan cave. Both caves are very beautiful and have unique structure. Postojna cave is longer and has train inside, which drives you in to the cave. Škocijan caves are known for the river Reka that you are walking by. But this two caves are not the only caves in Slovenia, we have more smaller and unknown caves all over. This two caves are 30 minutes away from each other. You can easily see both of them in one day.
1. From Ljubljana
This is our starting point. We start our day trip from your provided address of the apartment, hotel or hostel from Ljubljana. You provide us with your desired departure time and date. We arrive to your address and drive you to our next attraction point.
2. Postojna Cave
We will leave you here to experienced guide, who will lead you in the cave. You will see here different cave sculptures. The cave temperature is 8 degrees celsius. It is always the same, no matter the weather outside. The usual tour duration takes around an hour and a half. You will need to book the tickets online in advance. Click here. 3. Škocijan caves
Second point of our trip are Škocijan caves. They are unique and natural phenomenon of Slovenia. They were made by the river Reka (eng. river). You will be guided here by experienced guide. You will walk and admire cave next to the river.
